How to review the test containing descriptive type question in the SmartOAS system?
Steps (View Test Reviews):
- Navigate to ‘View Test Reviews’ from the sidebar.
- A new page will be opened with a table containing all the test containing descriptive type question.
- Click on the corresponding 'View' button to review the answer under the 'Action' column.
- A new page will be opened containing the question, click on the 'Review' button of the corresponding question.
- A modal window will be popped up containing the question along with the given answer.
- Review and assign the marks accordingly, and then click on the 'Close' button to exit the modal window.
- Now click on the 'Finish Evaluation' button.
- A modal will be popped up asking for the confirmation to submit the evaluated marks.
- Now navigate to 'Test List' from the sidebar.
- Click on the test and will find a 'Declare Result' button click on that.
- Follow the procedure same as in View Result/ My Result.
