How to edit a FAQ in the SmartOAS system?
Steps (Edit FAQ):
- Navigate to ‘Help > FAQs’ from the sidebar.
- Click on the arrow button of that faq and then click on the ‘Edit’ button.
- A modal window will be popped up, edit the field(s) as per your requirement.
- To save the edit certificate click on the ‘Submit’ button. If not, then click on the ‘Cancel’ button.
